The program
The Appointment Engine.
For residential contractors, ads and local search bring homeowners to your work; campaign pages give them a reason to inquire; the Close Desk qualifies, books and follows up. The target, criteria, coverage and reporting are defined in writing before launch.
- Outcome
- Qualified estimate appointments
- Reported alongside
- Show rate, cost per attended estimate
- Investment
- Growth partnerships from $4,000/month · media separate
- First step
- A 30-minute Pipeline Audit
01What it produces
A booked estimate is more than a lead.
A click tells you someone noticed an ad. An inquiry tells you they reached out. A qualified appointment has a confirmed calendar slot and meets the project, area and decision-maker criteria you approved. Attendance and cost per attended estimate are reported separately.
- Built for
- Established residential contractors with a defined trade and service area, capacity for more of the right projects, the means to fund management and media together, and willingness to share operating numbers. Cleaning companies have a dedicated practice with different qualification logic.
- Not a fit
- Companies without capacity to attend the appointments, without a decision-maker available for the agreed reviews, or looking to buy a single isolated marketing task.
- The target
- Written from your numbers before launch, never from an industry average. What is reported, how often, and what happens at the review are all set in the operating plan.
- Investment
- Growth partnerships start from $4,000 per month. Final scope depends on your trade, service area, appointment capacity, coverage hours and the channels required to reach the agreed target. Advertising spend and platform usage are separate, paid through accounts you own and reported on their own lines.
02Target calculation
How the appointment target is written.
The inputs differ by business. The output is a number both sides can defend, recorded in the operating plan.
Residential contractors
- 01Average project value
- 02Gross margin
- 03Close rate on attended estimates
- 04Service area
- 05Advertising budget
- 06Estimate and crew capacity
Cleaning companies
- 01Residential or commercial
- 02Recurring or one-time
- 03Contract value and retention
- 04Route or facility density
- 05Sales cycle length
- 06Quote call or on-site walkthrough
- 07Crew capacity
We do not publish a single appointment quantity, because a number that fits one market misleads another. The quantity and how it is reviewed are defined in writing before launch.
03Operating cycle
Built to launch quickly. Operated to improve continuously.
We first connect the campaigns, conversion assets, tracking and Close Desk. Once the system is ready, demand goes live and appointment handling begins.
04What is running when it is live
Three systems, eight services, one record.
01
Demand Engine
Puts the right work in front of the right homeowners.
02
Creative System
Makes homeowners trust you before they ever call.
03
Close Desk
Turns interest into a qualified estimate on the calendar.
Services run inside the systems. They are scoped in the operating plan, not sold as separate packages.
05Qualification criteria
Written down before the first campaign runs.
This template is adapted per trade, and per residential or commercial cleaning, then signed off by you.
The 2getherPro Appointment Standard
Working method · criteria agreed per account- 01Agreed check
Project fit
The requested work matches the services and scope you want.
- 02Agreed check
Service area
The property is inside the operating area documented in the plan.
- 03Agreed check
Decision-maker
Property ownership or authority to approve the work is established.
- 04Recorded
Timing
Project timing is discussed and recorded against the criteria agreed with your team.
- 05Required
Confirmed slot
A specific estimate appointment is confirmed on the calendar; otherwise it remains an inquiry.
06The definition
What counts, and what does not.
Counts as a qualified appointment
- A specific date and time is on your calendar and the homeowner accepted it.
- The person attending owns the property or is the authorised decision-maker.
- The property is inside the agreed service area.
- The work is a project you sell, at or above the value floor you set.
- The record carries its source, so it can be traced back to what produced it.
Does not count
- A form fill, call or message with no scheduled slot.
- A slot booked without the decision-maker present.
- Work outside the service area or outside the agreed scope.
- A duplicate of an opportunity already in the pipeline.
- An estimate your own team cancels or moves without rebooking.
07Responsibilities
Both sides have obligations. Both are written down.
2getherPro
Build and operate
Media, creative, pages, CRM configuration, response, qualification, booking, confirmation, follow-up and reporting against the agreed definitions.
You

Transparency
Records, recordings and reporting are held so every figure we report can be checked at source. Ownership, access, retention and handover are documented before launch.
You
Decisions on time
Reviews on the cadence agreed in the plan, with a decision-maker, plus timely sign-off on offers, pricing and service-area changes.
08Questions
Asked before the plan is signed.
That number is written from your average project value, margin, close rate, service area, advertising budget and capacity, then recorded in the operating plan. Any figure quoted before those inputs exist would be a guess.
We do not guarantee closed jobs because we do not control your sales process, pricing or close rate. Before launch, we establish a written appointment target based on your market, media investment, service area, qualification criteria and available capacity. We report qualified, booked and attended appointments separately so performance can be audited against that target. Any contractual performance commitment is stated explicitly in the operating agreement.
We compare qualified, booked and attended appointments against the targets established before launch, review cost by source and capacity, and define the next growth cycle. Contract terms and any performance commitments are stated separately in the operating agreement.
Ownership, account access, retention and handover for ad accounts, website, CRM records, call recordings and reporting are documented in the operating plan before launch.
Growth partnerships start from $4,000 per month. Final scope depends on your trade, service area, appointment capacity, coverage hours and the channels required to reach the agreed target. Advertising spend and platform usage are separate and paid through accounts you own.
Then the engine is throttled rather than scaled. Producing appointments a company cannot attend destroys show rate and wastes spend, so capacity is checked in the Pipeline Audit before anything launches.
Sometimes. It depends on who owns the accounts, who answers inbound, and whether the measurement definitions can be kept consistent. We work that out in the audit.
See what your market and capacity actually support.
The Pipeline Audit produces the inputs the engine is built on: your economics, your bottleneck, and a target you can hold us to.
